Our Story
With Zinky Digital was born at the intersection of healing and business.
After twelve years working in tourism sales and business development, and later stepping into the world of wellness as a practitioner in 2020, something became very clear. There are incredibly skilled wellness professionals doing meaningful work, yet many remain invisible online or feel misrepresented by generic marketing approaches.
Despite their expertise, they are often navigating overwhelming digital systems, unclear branding, or agencies that simply don’t understand the depth of their work.
What began as quietly supporting colleagues within a multidisciplinary clinic, soon evolved into something much bigger.
Our founder Nicole recognised a gap. A way to bridge the worlds of wellness and digital presence, translating a practitioner’s vision into a professional, aligned and trustworthy online foundations.
With Zinky Digital was created to offer exactly that.
We support wellness practitioners in building clear, authentic digital foundations through clever brand strategy, website design, and simple systems that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
Every piece of work is grounded in clarity, structure, and a deep respect for the practitioner’s voice. We believe that your brand should feel like you, and your digital presence should support your work, not complicate it.
At its core, this is about more than building a quick website or designing a logo.
Identifying your vision and giving it clear representation through thoughtful design, is about helping practitioners step forward with confidence, communicate their value clearly, and building businesses that reflect the integrity of their work.

As a business working within the wellness space, we recognise the importance of deep listening, learning and moving with respect. As we continue to grow into experience-led offerings and spaces, we are mindful of the responsibility to honour place, community and culture in a way that is considered and respectful.
We acknowledge First Nations peoples and Indigenous communities across the world, recognising the shared threads of connection to land, culture and community. With personal roots connected to the Philippine Islands, we hold an ongoing commitment to learning, understanding and deepening our awareness of Indigenous knowledge, lineage and place.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work, Arakwal people, the Minjungbal people and the Widjabul Wia-Bal people of the Bundjalung Nations, and pay our respects to all Elders past, present and emerging.
We honour the deep and ongoing connection that First Nations peoples hold to land, waters, culture and community. A connection that has been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years. We are grateful to live and work on this land, and we approach our work with care, respect and a willingness to continue learning.

At With Zinky Digital we operate as a remote small, and focused team bringing together strategy, systems, design, and admin support to deliver work that feels aligned, structured and professional. Each project is guided with intention, while being supported by a trusted and evolving team of wellness-led creatives.
Nicole Zink
Founder, Strategy Lead & Wellness Creative

Nicole is the Founder of With Zinky Digital and leads all brand strategy, client direction and project vision.
With a background in architectural drafting, tourism sales and business development, alongside her experience as a wellness practitioner, Nicole brings a unique perspective to digital work. One that bridges strategy, creativity and industry understanding.
Her strength lies in translating vision into clarity.
Through the Brand Alchemy process, Nicole works closely with clients to define their positioning, refine their messaging and create a clear pathway forward, ensuring every brand, website and system is grounded in purpose before execution begins.
When life feels full, Nicole resets through long walks by the ocean or in nature, alongside movement and bodywork that helps her reconnect with her body and nervous system.
She finds joy in the simple things, random shared smiles, or the bright beauty of a rainbow after summer rain. Naturally drawn to early mornings, she values the day beginning with birdsong at first light, creating space for clarity, focus and intention.

Ann Javier
Marketing Assistant

Ann assists with ongoing marketing activities such as social media strategy, content publishing, website and digital tasks, systems, operations and client project support.
With several years of experience in marketing support, she brings a thoughtful and organised approach to her work. Ann focuses on keeping processes simple, efficient and easy to manage both in-house and for clients. Her strength lies in her consistency and communication, ensuring each project is delivered accurately and aligned with client goals.
She is deeply committed to delivering high-quality work and creating a positive, reliable experience for every client.
Outside of work, Ann enjoys travelling, exploring new places and experiencing different cultures through food. She feels most refreshed when spending time out of town with family and friends, reconnecting with nature and enjoying slower, more spacious environments.
She finds joy in simple moments; good food, a relaxed evening, or meaningful conversations. Drawn to calm routines, she values a gentle rhythm that allows space to unwind and recharge.
